Garden Light IP65 Tips:
Low energy consumption of CGS batteries
The substrate of the CIGS solar cell is made of inexpensive blue plate glass, and then the molybdenum film is prepared by DC magnetron sputtering, followed by 3-stage multi-evaporation or alloy film selenization to deposit the CIGS film. The CBD (chemical bath method) is used to deposit ultra-thin films with large band gaps such as cadmium sulfide, and then a transparent conductive film of zinc oxide is deposited by MOCVD, and finally the wires are connected. Through the above method, CGS can realize large-area deposition with low cost and low energy consumption.
